Pretzel Turtles
These are an amazing, yummy creation that my sister has shared with me.
Equal parts of each:
pecan halves
Heat oven to 350°. Lay pretzels flat on a cookie sheet. Top each pretzel with first a Rolo, then a pecan half. Bake in oven for 4 minutes. Remove from oven immediatly.
Per dozen of candy:
1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate to thread stage. Use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over the top of candies. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
Amazingly delicious and simple. Easy to make with children as well!
